Ok Ok
Sorry I have to say that I have been a total slacker at updating my blog. I thought i would right a quick update for you all that actually come to my site :) I am still working and it is going pretty well. It is nice to work from home although sometimes I find it difficult to separate home and work now. I am going to Physical Therapy twice a week. Once is a pool session and one is a land appointment. It is hard work but hopefully it will get me better and walking without assistance. The boys are great and me and Devon are doing well. He just got a webcam so he pops in on me while I am working and I love it!

Update
Ok so I am now working again and I was very lucky to get to work from home. I love it because it has made the stress of coming back to work not near as high. My boys are really funny they don't understand why they can't just be with me and play all day long. Eventually through out the day I let them come in here and Kota immediately jumps on my lap and settles in. It is pretty cute actually. Amazingly I have a boyfriend again lol. He is awesome and I love him tons. He has liked me working from home because I have more motivation to get out of the house once I am done with work, which means less begging lol. I don't know where are future is headed for the two of us right now but I like where it is going so far :o) I am trying to get in to get some pictures together and once I do I will post them so you all can see. Got to run I will update more later

HOME!! and story
I just thought that I would let you all know that I am finally home. It has been a long four months and I am glad to be home with my babies but man is it a wake up call.
For all you that don't know on March 10th I had a seizure type spasm out that acted like a stroke. Basically I was paralysed on my left side. It even affected my speech. So after fighting to find a place that could take me to get the care I needed and the Therapy to get me better I ended up in to a SNF ( Skilled Nursing Facility) Needless to say it was the last place I wanted to be and the first place I needed to be. When I went in there I was thinking oh I will be out in a month two tops for sure.... Boy was I wrong. I did speech therapy, Occupational therapy and physical therapy. Then my insurance decided to be dumb and pulled because my progress was too slow in there eyes therefore I was never going to get better. With the help from My mom and my Dad I was able to stay there self pay even though it was an absurd thing to have to pay out of pocket for... but the choice was to go home or not ready or stick it out and see if we could get me walking and home. Thanks to the wonderful help of my Therapist I got to a point that they helped me to gain back movement, strength, hope, and the ability to walk with a walker and a KAFO brace (Knee ankle foot Orthodox). I now speak normally and I am walking. So armed with this we are going to appeal the insurance company to see if we can get them to pay showing my progress. I will let you know the updates and outcome of this when I know more.
So four Months later and some hard life lessons and some trials of Patience, stress of not having a job, stress of the cost and not totally being able to do things on my own I am home.
I am far from done with the process of being independent but I am home and no longer paying money we can't pay to a place that helped me to get better but also showed me the sadness of life and loss but still greatly appreciate.
I want to thank all of you for your prayers and support. I would tell you all that I still need all I can get especially with the struggles of the rest of this process. I love you all, I am glad to be home and if you have questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Peace out
your bionic friend and family member
